Ingredients: 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tbsp cornstarch. 1/4 cup water. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 4 cups cooked noodles. Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Put garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl and mix them together. Place sliced flank steak in the sauce and allow it to sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Put the vegetable oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. When you add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cook them until they are soft. Take the vegetables out of the pan.
