Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz refried black beans. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper, to taste. Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a medium saucepan, combine refried black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
