Hey guys! IKEA now has a veggie dog they are serving in their mini cafes now! They also have a strawberry soft serve ice cream cone that is dairy free and vegan. Sadly, they were out of it the day I went but maybe next time I can try it too! 😁

First workout of the month 😁

Felt a little weird to only be in the gym for cardio this time. I really enjoyed my walk/jog intervals though. My legs always hate me afterward but they’ll get over it.

A little note on my food choices today...

So the old man and I decided together to do this vegetarian/pescatarian thing for the month and what does he do? Complain about missing IKEA hot dogs when we go shopping. Well guess what they had today when we got there? Veggie dogs! 😂 I swear it was like a sign from the heavens or something. First time we’ve seen these things and we’ve been shopping at IKEA since b4 we moved to VA. If you’re curious...
