#youtubefanfest What a way to end a heavy week and to start the heaviest week of the sem, May 14-18. last time I was in Manila was December when I watched Nutcracker with Elay. Five months ago waaaaa ganun kabigat ang sem na to pero push lang. And I'm happy that YouTube Fanfest still happened, as in I finished all my pending acads and contribution sa napakadaming group works before I headed to Manila para I earned it, the chance to take a break for once. I arrived a little after 7 pm, pero the two hours I've watched are worth the travel. My favorite Janina Vela hosted the show! She sang her first single Hesitate. I'm so proud of how far she's come! Naabutan ko si Wil pagpasok ko buti na lang naabutan ko presentation nya! He danced with Alodia and their mothers haha ang cute nila. The first time I watched Wil live was last year's YouTube Fanfest and I got goosebumps for finally seeing him live. The past year has brought so much hardships for him, and seeing Wil dance on stage as if nothing happened, sobrang nakakaproud yung strength nya. He also won Vlogger of the Year sa Shorty Awards (parang Emmy counterpart pag YouTube). Whatever struggles he had, his achievements outnumber them and it's because he always kept a positive attitude. He kept vlogging and didn't let cancer stop him. I also saw Ranz Kyle & Niana, Matt, Sungha, Merrell twins, Dtrix (been his fan since 2012 haha sila nina Ryan at Jenna first favorites ko sa YT), Michelle, Donny and Hannah, Pamela, etc. I saw Jako (my YT crush haha) Ang saya magfangirl kahit magisa ako 😂 I wish I met @alohakatiex but I left after the show bc Mom was waiting for me :) Last year, I saw #thatsbellayt and Aura; ngayon basta at least nakapanood ako :) next time I'll pray hard for #meetandgreet #tickets haha!
