Carmilla's been working too much, Sera insists she needs to take a break, so Verosika or Kiki suggest an Earth vacation. Humans like to rent these gas-guzzling fossil fuel machines, drive out to the middle of nowhere, and "get back to nature", whatever the fuck that means. It'd be great!!!

It sounds miserable. Absolutely dreadful. There's no way Carmilla would agree to something like that. Not in a million years. But in the next scene, somehow the Carmines, their girlfriends, and maybe Vaggie and Charlie, for some reason, are all squeezed into a 40-foot luxury RV they rented from Wally Wackford (because he's selling those now, for some reason) and use Verosika's Asmodean crystal to travel to some bumfuck nowhere national park.

Any time they need to be near other people, they adopt the human disguises they had in the serious!crack/college AU. Velvette just doesn't bother, because that's so beneath her. She's having the worst time out of everyone else there. The mosquitos are eating her alive.

Various hijinks ensue of the fam just trying to take a nice, relaxing vacation in nature while also having to dodge humans and forest critters and almost getting caught in their demon forms constantly.

Odette and Clara threaten to never speak to their mom again. Carmilla is not fazed at all, and specifically pulls out the pictures with their cute little bottoms showing, to emphasize how little she cares about their empty threats. Carmilla calls them on their bluff. Velvette, Verosika, and Kiki are quite enjoying themselves and never let their girlfriends hear the end of it.

Clara knocking on the door of Vox tower furiously, Velvette on her shoulder. Vox opens up.

Vox: What?

Clara*puts Velvette down*: I'm returning this. She is too expensive.

Then Clara runs off. Vox took a second to take in what happened before running in Clara's direction.

Vox: No take backs Carmine!!! She is your problem now!

*meanwhile, Velvette snickering cause she is happy the prank worked.*

Vox, calling after Clara: "Wait! No! We've turned the studio into a man-cave! We can't just take her back! Carmine, I'm talking to you!"

Velvette: *While Clara distracts Vox, she replaces all of Vox's pictures of himself and Valentino with pictures of Alastor, and redecorates the studio with everything in red*

Clara, texting Velvette: "You done yet? This fucker has almost caught me twice."

Velvette, texting her back: "All done. I wish I could see that wanker’s face when he gets home! That’s what he gets for letting Valentino into my studio and trashing all my designs!”

Since Verosika is rather clingy and cuddly throughout the night—it’s probably very difficult for Odette to get up when she’s thirsty or has to use the restroom. She probably has to text her sister to come help her because she knows Clara will still be up.

Odette, texting Clara, who can't move with a clingy Verosika lying on top of her: "I'm trapped. Can you bring me a glass of water?"

Clara, grunting and groaning into Odette's bedroom with a glass of water, pulling along Velvette and Kiki, who are clinging to her left and right legs, respectively: "I got you, sis!"

I just imagined the carmines eating breakfast with their girlfriends just hanging on to them for dear life and occasionally eating some breakfast

Verosika, Kiki, and Velvette are not usually early risers, so they're always hanging off Odette and Clara in the morning while they're getting ready for work, and then during breakfast. The succubi aren't really breakfast people, so they just sit in their girlfriends' respective laps while they eat and catch up on the Hell news. Sometimes Odette and Clara will hand-feed them a bite, but only one. Velvette is more of an iced coffee person, so she usually just picks something up on the way to the Vee's tower later, around noon. She still shares Clara's lap with Kiki until she has to leave, though.

WAIT!!! Imagine if Carmilla wants to TEST Velvette so she lets the overlord get drunk in public and surprisingly Velvette doesn't flirt with anyone?!?!

Carmilla would be testing Velvette, to see how dedicated she really is to her daughter. But fortunately for Carmilla, Velvette finds most people other than her girlfriends and extended family absolutely disgusting. If a stranger, or someone she isn't comfortable with, tries to flirt with her when she's thrown back a few, she'll get these sudden moments of clarity where she's like, "YOU'RE NOT ONE OF MY WIVES! I DON'T KNOW YOU!" and hits them with her purse.

Imagine Velvette drunk and she sees Carmilla walking by hair down and relaxed and she looks at Sera and is like You are so lucky. If I wasn't in love already and about thirty years older I'd take a swing at that.

And Sera is flustered and disbelieving like Velvette! That's your future mother in law!

Velvette be like: She is?! I'm dating her daughter?! Her daughter must be gorgeous!!!
