FILET DE CHEVREUIL: Tender Venison Fillet seared medium rare served with Boulangere potatoes, blueberry puree, sautéed mushrooms and kale finished with a Maderia sauce (GF); aud44.50 from Chez Pierre, Nedlands. Soft tender and juicy venison. 👌🏻 It may not look like it but the meat was really quite pink in the middle (almost too raw for me tbh) and I wasn't too fussed as the lights were dim and no blood oozed out from the meat. I like how the potatoes are cut thinly and arranged like a filo pastry/lasagna manner.
