The Interstellar Song Contest was such an incredible episode. Massive reveals aside, do not forget that it was a brilliant story about capitalism, colonialism, genocide, and a song contest during a time in which we literally have a song contest funded by corporations and nations who are actively supporting or committing genocide………..Doctor Who at its finest!

It has been a while since the doctor had such an all round loss, like a total L and I am living for it! Bunch of people got killed, Doctor got properly scared, his hail Mary failed. Didn't even save a life, just traded on death for another, almost got Belinda killed. And it still wasn't enough. It is an unequivocal loss, no silver linings whatsoever. Absolutely fucking brilliant!!!!!!!
