The name of the animation came about cuz Vicky's government name is Yuri. He's of Russian-Japanese descent. In Japanese, Yuri means lily! And of course, who doesn't love the yuri genre?!

"Seeds" is the second part of the name, cuz I love the androgyny of flowers. Lilies in particular have both "male" and "female" reproductive organs, and I love some fun genderfuckery with my characters.

I think most people who saw Lily Seeds (or I guess saw me drawing my characters during class?) IRL assumed that my characters were both "girls" cuz they have long hair and purdy eyelashes. snapped back at a substitute teacher who was trying to tell me how to animate based on assuming my characters were girls LOL.

They're not wrong, but only half right!

More romance charts. This time for Vicky and Angus since I just released my short film about 'em.

Angus and Vicky are some of my oldest OCs, I made them back in high school. I tend to create characters in pairs... They're made to emulate classic yaoi: both of them being in an 80's rock band, one of them being big eyed and annoying and the other being a stoic "suit seme"... except this suit seme is an uke. Oops! All ukes with squidward personalities!

First one is based on the book, second one is the musical (with too-chad-to-be-ugly Gerard Butler), and the 3rd one... I have an old AU with Vicky as the phantom. Angus died in a car crash in the early 90's. By the late 90's, Vicky has withered away and become a recluse, but still need to groom a successor.. who shall it be?!

Never decided who the not-Angus would be, but I will openly steal Shinra Rufus's Advent Children design for my own old man needs.

Here's some old high school sketches of phantom Vicky. He can still use his legs here :p But right now I'd rather him use a wheelchair. He's a lot groddier and dehydrated now, missing his usual bloodbag/squeeze Angus 🙏🥺 Vicky could have been in the same car crash as Angus, and maybe got his legs squished? Still gotta wear them stiletto heels on the wheels tho!!!

Angus travelled to the old lord's castle to sell him some real estate. The old count Victor had a sour disposition and wretched vibes, but a job's a job and the contract was signed.

A storm hit, so Angus stayed the night in one of the many empty cobblestone guest rooms. And he found himself awoken in the twilight hours by the old count crawling on top of him, a state of sleep paralysis most dire...

We read a manga with a hero and a demon king. So I wanted a dracula au for Vicky and Angus :)
