This gown was most recently seen in the BBC's 2005 adaptation of Charles Dickens' 𝑩𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒌 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆, where Natalie Press wore it as Caddy Jellyby.   But that's not where it began its life.   Four years earlier, Victoria Hamilton wore the dress as Queen Victoria in the 2001 production 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒂 & 𝑨𝒍𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒕.   The costume was originally created for the 1997 adaptation of 𝑱𝒂𝒏𝒆 𝑬𝒚𝒓𝒆, where Samantha Morton wore it in the title role.   Who designed this piece?
