“Dan?” Phil calls as he wheels himself down the hallway. He looks around and frowns when he sees that there are clothes lying all around the hallway which is already very unusual to Phil and having clothes being thrown everywhere definitely wasn’t making it easy for him to navigate around in his wheelchair. “Dan!”
Phil sighs and continues wheeling himself down the hallway. He reaches his and Dan’s bedroom where he sees even more clothes lying around. “Dan, what are you- oh,” Phil laughs when a t-shirt is flown in his face. He moves the t-shirt and looks up, and sees Dan in the closet, throwing clothes everywhere. “Babe?”
Phil had been planning on filming a youtube video with his boyfriend, Dan. His viewers had been begging the two of them to film something together for a long time, ever since Phil introduced Dan on his instagram a about a year ago. Since then, Phil’s been posting stuff about Dan on his social media.
Phil’s a youtuber while Dan is a model. Dan’s busy most of the time with his modelling so it was kind of hard to find any time to film something together but now they finally managed to find a day where they could film something for Phil’s youtube. They were planning on doing a boyfriend tag type video.
“I don’t have any clothes to wear!” Dan shouts panickedly as he turns and looks at Phil. “We need to go shopping.”
“We just went shopping last weekend and you bought a bunch of clothes,” Phil rolls his eyes.
“Well clearly I didn’t buy the right outfits,” Dan argues, stomping his feet.
“Dan, come on. We have to start filming. The video needs to be up tomorrow,” Phil says.
“Ugh. Why do you have to have a schedule? They’re so stressful,” Dan groans.
“Because, having a schedule motivates me to actually make these videos,” Phil chuckles. “Although, you’re not wrong about schedule being stressful. They are very stressful.”
Dan smiles at Phil, and then he sighs. “Phil, I can’t find anything to wear for the video!”
Phil sighs and then he wheels over to the closet, determined to find something for Dan to wear. Dan being a model means that he’s very picky on the clothing he wears and that he also has a million clothes lying around the house.
Phil looks around and starts going through the closet while Dan sits and sulks on the bed.
A few moments later, Phil finally finds an outfit that Dan can wear.
“Here-” Phil says before throwing a t-shirt and jeans towards Dan. “Wear that.”
“What?” Dan blinks a few times and looks down at the outfit Phil threw at him. “What’s this?”
“An outfit, now go put it on and I’ll set up the camera,” Phil says.
“But… this isn’t anything special. Phil, I want to make a good impression on your audience,” Dan pouts.
“They’re not going to care about what you wear, love,” Phil chuckles and wheels himself over to Dan. “They’re going to love you for you and your personality. Just be you.”
“I’m just… I’m so scared that they aren’t going to like me,” Dan frowns.
“Impossible. They’ll love you,” Phil shakes his head. “Besides, it doesn’t matter what they think. I love you and that’s all that really matters. Now, will you please go get changed? The video needs to be up tom-”
“Tomorrow. Yeah, yeah. I got it. I’ll go change now,” Dan says. He kisses Phil once before standing up and walking out of the bedroom.
Phil chuckles and shakes his head, and then he pulls out his phone so he can tweet.

“How does this look?” Dan asks when he walks back into the bedroom.
Phil looks up from adjusting the camera and smiles when he sees Dan. “You look wonderful,”
“Do you mean that or are you just saying that?” Dan asks, crossing his arms against his chest.
“Dan,” Phil laughs. “You look great. You-” He gasps when he drops the camera from where he had placed it. “Fuck! Fucking camera!” He starts to bend down to grab the camera but Dan quickly rushes over and grabs the camera for him. Phil looks up at Dan and frowns. “Dan… I could have gotten it.”
“I know,” Dan says. “I’m just being nice.” He places the camera back where Phil had it before.
“Can you make sure it’s in focus?” Phil asks as he watches Dan.
“Mhm,” Dan says as he turns on the camera to get it working. “You know, I’m not even a proper youtuber but I know how to do all this stuff because I watch you do it so often.”
“Which reminds me, don’t be surprised if my viewers ask you to start a channel after this video. They already seem to like you from all the instagram posts and tweets,” Phil chuckles.
“Well, what can I say? I’m just a likeable guy,” Dan giggles.
“Okay… I’ve already tweeted out for questions so we just have to go through the tweets and pick them,” Phil says. “And you’re going to need to grab a chair so you can sit next to me.”
“Alright. Give me a second,” Dan says before walking out of the bedroom.
Finally, Dan and Phil are ready to start filming for Phil’s new video.
“The first question is, how did we first meet each other?” Phil asks before looking over at Dan.
“Well,” Dan begins with a sigh. “We met three years ago randomly at a library. It was one of my days off and I love reading so that’s where I went. My being the clumsy and short person that I am couldn’t reach the book on the top shelf…”
“Ah, yes…” Phil laughs. “And you dropped the books on my head. It was quite hilarious.”
“It wasn’t! It was so embarrassing,” Dan whines as he rests his head on Phil’s shoulder.
Phil giggles and gently kisses the top of Dan’s head. “Oh, here’s a good one. Everybody knows that I do youtube but they want to know what you do, and if you would ever start your own youtube channel,”
“Well… I model for a living. I work with a bunch of fashion companies and I help promote their clothes, and sometimes I’m in magazines but mostly I just do fashion shows. I’m obsessed with clothing,” Dan says. “And… starting my own youtube channel? I don’t know. Maybe. It’s kind of Phil’s thing.”
“Yeah, but I would totally be cool with you starting your own channel if you ever wanted too, you know that. You could do like, a beauty channel or something. Clothing hauls and stuff,” Phil suggests with a smile.
“Don’t start putting ideas into my head now,” Dan jokes.
“Next question… where did we go on our first date?” Phil asks.
“Ooh. We went to an arcade and played games all night and then we went for dinner,” Dan smiles as he remembers the first date clearly. He’d been so nervous about messing everything up but then everything turned out fine. “We even kissed on our first date. That’s how well it went.”
“Yeah, and then you spilt your drink on me,” Phil giggles.
“Alright, I’m a clumsy human being. We already went over this!” Dan pouts and then he crosses his arms against his chest. “You’re mean. I don’t like you anymore.”
“Oh, shush. We both know that’s not true,” Phil smiles innocently, and then he laughs loudly when Dan pushes him playfully. “Okay, okay, okay. What’s the next question? You wanna pick one?”
This went on for about another twenty minutes. Dan and Phil just had too much fun answering questions and at one point they even forget that they were filming a youtube video.
“Wow. That was actually… fun,” Dan says as he stretches his arms out, looking over at Phil.
“Yeah. I’m glad we filmed something together. I can’t wait to show the world my amazing boyfriend,”
Dan blushes and shakes his head. “Stop,” he mumbles.
Phil grins and gently pokes Dan’s dimple. “Can you turn off the camera?” He asks.
“Oh, yeah…” Dan stands up and then he turns off the camera. “So, you gonna edit this today?”
“Mhm. I can have it finished in a few hours. Just in time for dinner probably,” Phil tells him.
“It’s crazy how fast you edit these things,” Dan laughs.
“This might take awhile though. We filmed so much,” Phil chuckles and shakes his head.
“Were you serious about what you said earlier… about me starting my own youtube channel?” Dan asks.
Phil looks up at Dan and smiles. “Of course I was serious about what I said. You know that I’d support you no matter what you chose to do just like you support me,” he says.
Dan grins. “I’ll make sure to keep that in mind,” he says. “A beauty channel? Hm.”
“And I would even be your first subscriber,” Phil adds.
Dan giggles. “You’re the best boyfriend ever. How’d I get so lucky?”
