Vikas Khanna, A Man Who Cooks Hope

Date: May 30, 2020

He is not new to attention, he is not new to making headlines and he is not new to winning hearts, but he is new to cooking up a dish that’s called HOPE, well, I am taking about Masterchef Vikas Khanna, the man with a mission.

It all stared on April 01, 2020, where Vikas, who is stationed in New York, started the Feed India movement and today on May 30, 2020, this movement has fed more than 8 Million people!!

Lots has already been written about this and I am sure as the days go by, Vikas will make more headlines, but today what I want to tell you is the intent of this humble yet immensely talented soul.

The entire world is in a mess and we are all aware of it and have been battling it out in our own way, but Vikas who has been sitting in New York is pushing things around just to feed as many hungry people as he can.

He has jumped right in and has started doing what he knows best, and that’s feeding people. What makes his efforts so very effective is the fact that he is reaching out to people who actually need the help and more importantly he is reaching out to them at the right time.

There are other celebrities, tons of corporates who have come forward and contribute to the Prime Minister Relief Fund, and I am sure their contribution would come to some use sooner or later, but what Vikas is doing stands out as he is reaching out to people Today. People need food to survive today, and don’t need false promises and policies that may help them in future.

How I just wish we had some more people like Vikas in our country, people who believe in giving Hope to people when it’s required.

I am sure that are all aware of this saying, Being At The Right Place And At The Right Time. Vikas Khanna has proved that all you need is the right Intent and a Heart to do things and the rest will follow.

No amount of thank you or gratitude can acknowledge what Vikas is doing for us. I am sure, most of us will lost the momentum, most of us will even get back to our lives, but trust me, Chef Vikas Khanna will Not Stop serving.

All I can say is, Vikas Khanna, You Are God Sent And We All Love You!!

This one I can happily say that is one of the best Interviews I have been a part of. Chef Vikas Khanna whose film '#ThLastColor' was in the running for The Academy Awards 'Best Picture' category didn't make it to the final list but this man surely won our hearts. His child like enthusiasm, love for food, his vision and his skills make him exceptional and let me put it this way TOO CUTE to handle. His words will move you and you will realize how dedicated he is towards his projects. Be it his restaurant, his Novel, his film or his family he believes in giving his 100% and doesn't let anything hold him back.
