Amazing meal at Maketto in H ST NE DC. Whole crispy fish, spicy curry chicken soup, sticky buns (sorry no picture but do get them!) and vinegar infusions (turmeric, sumac, and peppermint).

Smiths Fish and Chips@ 271 Bukit Timah Road- this is a really cool british fish and chips wrapped up in paper! My bf simply loves this. We ordered a big and small cod with chips.. The small cost about 14 if I do remember correctly.. The cheapest would be dory at 12.50. But my bf says we should go for the original.. Hahaz.. My bf likes how he can spam vinegar all over his crispy fish.. He even bought one for his home so that whenever we do takeaways he can do the same for his fish and chips! I like how the salt brings out the freshness of the fish and the thickly cut chips! The first time we did takeaways and we felt that that didn't do justice to the fish hence we dined in this time round! Hahaz.. Parking is a pain btw.. We parked right next to the restaurant and then watch the car while we eat haha! Give it a try.. They have a couple of outlets in Singapore! And 7-11 is jus next store, drop by for a magnum after! (:
