One thing I’ve noticed actually once looking back on WCI is how much Sanji affects or even brings out of Ichiji, I’ve talked about this before but I wanna note a few more examples.

Comparing Ichiji’s reaction to getting assassinated (extremely lax, genuinely does not care he has a gun to his head) vs protecting Sanji on both occasions (puts himself in harms way continuously for Sanji)

The only time we ever really see Ichiji actually act like the leader he is supposed to be is when he’s protecting Sanji, he gets mad at Reiju for being weak and is the reason why Germa even reaches Sanji in time to get off WCI

The only times we really see Ichiji take action is with Sanji (seen above examples), despite being dubbed the most ‘emotionless’ brother by fandom he constantly reacts around Sanji, whether by angry or sadistic glee. He shows genuine happiness when Sanji calls himself a Vinsmoke.

all of the vinsmoke siblings are brocons (see: ijichi, niji and yonji and their unnecessary getting naked during germa transformation while standing face to face with each other. literally what the fuck.) but the difference with reiju is that she’s only broconned out with sanji. her other brothers I kinda think she wouldn’t care if they died. at least that’s the vibe I get when comparing her interactions with them vs with sanji.

Yonji teasing sanji about how "your crew thought I looked like you"

Cornering sanji against a wall and easily pinning him with his body, "you, looking so fragile, weak and small, being compared to me"

Holding sanji's arms above his head with a single hand while the other is firm on sanji's jaw, keeping the blond still so he's forced to stare at him

"It's ridiculous, isn't it" yonji leans down, slow and calculated, and rasps against sanji's ears

And sanji shudders, a full body shake that makes yonji smirk against his skin and slot a knee in between his thighs

The resistance starts to leave sanji and yonji applying just the right amount of pressure is all it takes for sanji to completely melt against his solid body

Ichiji is stronger than Niji, just by a bit. And everytime they spar Ichiji comes out on top. But is DEFINITELY gets swapped when they're alone... Idk Ichiji being a bottom is my roman empire, just trust in me. And Ichiji will just let it happen, he'll let Niji do whatever.
