This is one old vintage wood box that has served two very creative purposes over the course of 70 years. It first started out as a crumb collection box in the 1940s, when clean, crumb-free tablecloths and place settings were a must during mealtime. Then some years later, a crafty owner turned into a key cabinet and hung it on the wall. This is such a great example of how old things can serve new purposes.
