Josiah, much like his older brother, had absolutely no aspiration to follow in his parents footsteps and live a city life. He was all about ranch and farming life. He loved being outdoors and around the animals especially horses. He wanted to become a rancher from the first time he was around the horses and would beg and plead with Arthur to take him west with him when he eventually left.

Jo was also very protective of his sisters and pretty much raised and cared for them whilst his parents were away working and socialising. Because of this he didn’t get much of a social life, but he didn’t mind, he didn’t enjoy being around a lot of people. He was happiest when he was working on the local farm and caring for the animals and horses. Ranch life would most certainly suit him and he hoped and prayed that Arthur would send for him and his sisters once he had settled in Chestnut Ridge.

Here’s a late 1930′s-early 1940′s home I built and decorated for the holidays.  I haven’t gotten around to editing/taking more pics, but this is what I have so far.  Available in the gallery under realgrillgamer under the title ‘The Holiday House’.

• Self Assured 💪🏼 Loves Outdoors 🍃 Horse Lover 🐴

Zach got the best of both his parents, the love of animals and the outdoors from Arthur and a sweet but confident nature from Josie. He loves helping out on the farm with the crops and animals and is becoming more confident around the horses 🐴 he wants to be a rancher just like his dad and his uncle.

He’s a friend to everyone too, he loves it when the neighbouring kids come over to play he will entertain them for hours with stories of pirate ships and treasure. No one is ever left out when Zach is around, he makes his parents very proud every day with how much of a lovely young man he is becoming.

“Birth of a Dream” by Jack Vettriano

I’ve grown up loving racing, so when I came across this lovely painting by Jack Vettriano of a perfectly colored blue vintage racecar I couldn't resist the urge to re-create it in the sims. I opted to go with a different color racecar but I think the scene’s vibe was otherwise captured to a tee. To one day have my own vintage racecar... oh I could only dream.

Sims 3 cc is so hard to find

I want normal sims 3 cc, build an buy but everytime i try to look for some it always shows sims 4 instead even for clothes. Please help me, I wanna find vintage and 90s-2000s build and buy and clothes woring in 2026 on sims 3.

Another sweet little soul in the making. Arthur and Josie just seem to keep making children who will give you a tooth ache 😍 you hardly know you’ve got Clay, other than being a messy eater there isn’t a bad word to say about him. Happy to run around the farm at lightning speed but will also sit and play on the quilted play rug for hours using his little imagination with his toys.

He likes to follow his big brother about and watch his every move I think they will be the very best of friends when clay ages up into a child. He likes the chickens and the cow on the ranch but isn’t sure about the Horses or the sheep and goats. Maybe time will change that.
