FOODIE ART: FERRAN ADRIA: NOTES ON CREATIVITY
Do you consider yourself a Bulli (this is the term I have been using for a few years now to describe die hard Ferran Adria fans)? Ever wish you could have made it to dine at, the now shuttered, El Bulli? I certainly did and thanx to the The Drawing Center, I still have a chance to live vicariously through photographs of the food, the kitchen, and enjoy drawings and renderings of the artfully designed plates Ferran and his team created. The exhibit is set to open on January 25, 2014 and will run for a few weeks. I will definitely be there and if you love molecular gastronomy, art, and to be in the presence of greatness, I'm sure you will be there too. Check it out!
