opinions on taiqrow? I love it

Oh man, I actually don’t mind them together! I can absolutely see the two of them getting along like a house on fire during Beacon days, and probably teenagers being teenagers, would’ve tried something (either as a dare or something slightly more serious).

The fact that Qrow would’ve had to be there for Tai after first Raven leaving, and then Summer? I can see them falling into a pattern of comfort and just being themselves around one another as they looked after the girls and got their lives together. Just simple little touches and tells that they’d have for each other, because they’ve veritably grown up together and know one another so well.

I can also see Tai misplacing his feelings for Qrow the same way Yang misplaced her feelings for Blake in Volume 5 (where she gets rather angry and snippy about how Blake left). The same could be said about Tai’s feelings when it came to Qrow continuously leaving and going out on missions and simply not being there for weeks or months on end, which would explain why he was so sour to him at the end of V3.

Mainly I just see them being so openly and comfortably close with each other, and it would be in little things like how they flop together on a couch, or arms slung across shoulders, or fingers lingering through hair.

Qrow still refuses to help out in the garden past watering the plants though. He doesn’t trust himself not to ruin all of Tai’s hard work.
