GUYS
Y'ALL ARE GONNA HAVE YOUR MINDS BLOWN-
VITE RAMEN!!!
My roommate found this a little bit ago, and it is blowing my mind. Vita Ramen is, from what I'm understanding, ramen noodles made to have more nutrients so that people like myself (who's diet is primarily pasta and store bought ramen ^^;) can have more fulfilling meals and still get most of their daily values to be healthy.
Looking at the site, there's only three flavors up right now and is a bit on the expensive side, but they are a small business working with the community to make delicious ramen for others to enjoy!
Like, look at this-
They have a vegan option (the one on the right, the white miso) for those who want to give it a try, but there's just so much protein in it! More than 25g in it! THAT IS MINDBLOWING!!
It makes me feel like I have a hope for being healthy while maintaining my diet until I can incorporate more foods into my life!
And for those of you who want to learn more about it (like I did when I got sent the link), I will include the link for you guys to explore, as well as include some screenshots for those who don't have the time or have trouble with the links.
ALSO!! They do have an FAQ for anyone who is interested in things like "is it organic" or "what options are there for those with dietary/religious restrictions." Since it's a small business, they do have plans to include more options like gluten-free and low-carb as they expand and get new machines.
Amd in case you're wondering about business practices, they do openly state what is done in their business, making sure everyone is paid living wages. They're a bit on the expensive side, but worth it especially considering the state of the world we live in! That, and if I can be healthy off of ramen, sign me up tbh!
They have a video about who they are as well! So, if you guys want to give it a try, check out the links!!

Vite Ramen is the world's first all in one nutritionally-complete healthy ramen. Up to 30g protein, 25% Daily Value of all vitamins and min
this is the most niche ad that Youtube has ever given me, and it wasn’t even on an Overwatch video???
Wholesome and affordable instant ramen without MSG? It’s more likely than you think.
So I, a broke uni student, was planning what groceries to buy when I thought I might give instant noodles a try. Up to this point, I’ve had the privilege to be able to afford and prepare wholesome meals for myself, but y'know, things change.
I was looking at some of the different options available, but the health-conscious voice in my head kept nagging me about “empty calories,” “high cholesterol,” “MSG,” and all that other crap you’re supposed to watch out for.
I headed over to The Google and went looking for healthy instant noodles. Enter the Zheng twins with their start-up company, Vite Ramen. As instant ramen loving college students themselves, they wanted an alternative to the usual MSG-laden, high calorie, low-nutrient options.
You can read the rest in the article, and I’ll link to their website and Facebook, too. I’m super excited about this company, and I’ll definitely be looking into their pre-orders.

Meet The Manufacturer: #3015: Vite Ramen Vegan Mushroom Shio - United States
Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, tofu puff, kizami shoga, scallions, fried onion and nanami togarashi. The noodles are very soft, however they have this curious homemade kind of tooth to them I found pleasant. They have a kind of hearty flavor as well - but not gritty in the least. The broth isn't extremely salty, and had a kind of chicken mushroom stew feel to it. Bits of cabbage and other vegetables were here and there and of good quality. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. No bar code.
Vite Ramen
Ever tried living off of instant ramen alone? I mean, we joke about doing that all the time in school, but we were usually mixing in other foods as well.
One of my college professors loved telling a story about a friend of his who tried the instant ramen diet for a month. Apparently, he ingested so much sodium that his eyes went yellow and needed some serious medical attention. Yikes.

Instant ramen, but good for you! 27g protein, 25% DV all vitamins and minerals, no deep frying, preservatives, or heaps of salt.
It’s made in the USA, and they use no preservatives, keep the sodium level down, and the noodles themselves aren’t deep fried, unlike other instant ramen.
