#roero #vitellotonnato il nebbiolo è un vino impegnativo ed a volte spigoloso adatto solo ai secondi? Sicuramente l'evoluzione degli ultimi vent'anni anno visto etichette con tannini molto più eleganti e rotondi rispetto al periodo precedente ma c'è un terroir che ha sempre regalato grandi vini spesso poco conosciuti. Il Roero, che guarda la Langa dall'altra sponda del Tanaro, è un territorio di grandi nebbioli che dopo invecchiamenti di 20 mesi di cui almeno 6 in botte possono appunto prendere il nome di Roero Docg. Grazie alla grande presenza di sabbia nel suolo ci regalano vini equilibrati, con sentori di frutta importante, tannini eleganti e smussati ed una capacità di abbinamento a tutto pasto molto importante.🍷🍷🍷 Il fatto che siano sottovalutati e spesso poco conosciuti fuori dal Piemonte significa anche che si bevono etichette i portanti con rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. 🌿 Folge @ayseskochblog für schnelle & einfache Rezepte 🌿 Freitag war der große Tag. Mein Lieblingsschwager & meine Schwägerin haben geheiratet. 😍💍😍. Später hatten wir ein sagenhaftes 6 (!) Gänge Menü in einem italienischen Restaurant. 🤤! Es gab 2 Vorspeiseplatten. Antipasti 4 life! Sogar mein geliebtes Vitello Tonnato & Carpaccio war dabei 😍. Weiter ging es mit Risotto mit Meeresfrüchten. Ich mag keine Muscheln & habe ausgesetzt. Aber dann.. uff! Trüffelpasta. Leute. So unfassbar lecker. Ich habe A L L E S aufgegessen. Es war so gut. Als letztes gab es ein riesen Stück Steak. Perfekt rosa gebraten. Die Kartöffelchen dazu? Ein Traum. Ich habe allerdings nur 1 Stückchen gegessen.
