EVERYONE! it is posting eve, and in honor of that, I would like to offer up to you the outtakes, bloopers, and behind the scenes of Vitreous(glass-like)! If you want to know anything specific, I would love to tell you!

As we noted in the fic itself, this is the product of both me and vivet reading Hayden Pike, Noted Ally, and falling in love with the idea of hayden pike snooping and getting [his] whole shit rocked by a dick pic. we started talking and bullshitting about what we thought the next steps were and then we started writing it down in the notes app until it got practically unreadable. when we started planning things in this universe for like four years out we realized we had to share it, lest we lose our minds.

Now we have around 4 different google docs dedicated to the universe, and that is not the final count lol.

I'd also like to take the time to address the rumors that I am mean and cruel to vivet and only write the heartbreaking parts and they also alleged that I would kill them if we posted early and screwed up the schedule. none of that is true and you should never believe anything that vivet says.

Asteroid hyalosis (AH) is an eye condition that causes you to develop tiny, glittering yellow particles or flecks inside your eyes. It’s usually harmless, and most cases don’t need any treatment.

The particles that develop with AH form inside the vitreous, the clear, gel-like substance inside your eyes. AH affects only one eye at a time in more than 80% of cases.

Despite its classification as a permanent and degenerative condition, most people don’t know they have it. That’s because it doesn't usually affect your vision or cause symptoms. The glittering effect inside the eye is hard to spot unless you shine a light directly at the affected eye and look closely.

Eye floaters (myodesopsias) sometimes appear in your vision due to AH crystals. Floaters are common after you turn 50, and they’re usually a normal effect of the aging process. The key difference between the two is that AH involves glittering particles in your eyes, While eye floaters can happen without those particles.

At one point I thought someone had taken their shirt off and my eyes had left my head and started to float around the room.

I stabbed my eyes in the direction of the topless person only to discover it was some sort of slime mould growing on the wall in the shape of a breast. Don’t touch things with your open eyes, kids, because It really stung and now I can’t see anything.

PoLink VS Vitreous

Link battles his way into the misery mire to rescue another Maiden, the dungeon smelt of foul musk and mold from the dark waters. The entrace seemed almost impassable with a huge crevice to the lower levels guarded by zols which tried to overwhelm the hero save for the fact Link used his hookshot to cross to safety to avoid them. Continuing below he encountered dangerous wizrobes, Poppos and Sluggulas. The dungeon hostile monsters certainly took a toll on Link tiring him and the stench got worse. Finally his goal was near- the boss room door before him- with one twist with the boss key he enters into a chamber. The door magically slams behind him preventing any escape. The room filled with bones and green murky water, a sudden shudder and bubbling surfaces. Small blood shot eyes emerge and finally a giant eyeball explodes out of the water. The green water splashes the entire room sending a wave towards Link sweeping him off his feet.

“Uwah!” he cries falling over, just as he gets on his knees he is suddenly hit by a barrage of the smaller eye balls ramming him. “Unghh!” as he screams being hit in multible directions, the eye balls continue to pummel the young hero before he has a chance to strike. “Ugh! this is bad! I can’t get a moment!” as he ducks avoiding an eyeball, just as he stands up to slash his foes another crashes behind him launching him into the water before the large eye ball. “Ouch!’ *splash!

“I ungh! Won’t lose!” he says to himself feeling determined to save the maiden.

Link now wet and covered by the enemy slime begins to collect himself as he notices the eyeballs distancing themselves from him. “Great now what?”

The Large eye begins glowing and surfaces itself *SHOOM* a massive thunder beam of green and white fires directly at Link. Quick to react to the danger he slashes with the Mastersword seemingly deflecting it!
