São João special Godshem!! 😬 #recipepost 200g moong (Green gram) 400g boiled rice (Brown Rice) 1 nos freshly grated coconut Coconut jaggery as per taste Pinch of sea salt. Wash the rice and moong well and boil or pressure cook until done with a little water. Extract a thick and thin milk off the coconut and keep aside. Once the rice and moong is boiled add the coconut milk to it. Add the jaggery and a pinch of salt and cook until it thickens. Adjust the consistency as per preference. Enjoy!
