I have a pair of shoes that should have been thrown away like six months ago but I can't come near tossing them. Even though there's a hole in like three places, and I can't step in a puddle because it instantly hits my sock, and I can't walk in sand a lot because if also gets in my shoe... AND they have these ridiculous metal things that constantly catch my shoelaces and try to rip them... AND the insole is basically tattered and garbage offers no protection whatsoever... AND I can step flat footed and my shoe can decide to do it's own thing and bend in some weird way but I refuse to throw them away.
