With a EBITDAre margin at 75% and EV to EBITDAre at 21x, $SPG is the best pick here.
Almost all of the REIT sector giants are close to their 52 weeks highest level like $AMT, $EQIX or $PLD so they should be a hold.
$SPG seems to be the only potential buy here as it is down 15% from its peak.
Within the Real Estate majors, $SBAC is the most indebted company.
$PSA is the less indebted here.
