They are raptor-like in overall body shape, made out of similar twisted purple vines with heads and tails that resemble the mushroom-like growths on the plant in their enclosure. they definitely are two beautiful brides :)) I’ve heard people say that he reminds them of Two Time? Which I don’t see as much besides the two both being in a cult.

Anywho ima get a bit off topic but I want to say that I have a love/hate relationship with drawing in the crk art style. It’s fun and definitely rewarding but it’s so annoying since you have to be precise and very clean. My art style I would say is very messy (color being outside the lines and the lines being scratchy) so having to adjust to the crk art style is annoying. Not to mention i gotta layer the lineart when im doin that art style 😢😢 but as previously mentioned, it’s so rewarding! I always love how it turns out. One time I drew Manju cookie and my friends thought it was the actual clip art of bro so :D

I’m doing final edits on some of the scripts for the early chapters of Voidstar and I’m running hard into issues with some of the dialogue around how other people react to Xari’s amputation. One of the things I really wanted to show in Voidstar early on is that this isn’t one of those sci-fi settings where everyone and their dog (often literally) has “robot limbs”. even with better tech, Xari is still disabled and people, by and large, still say weird shit to you when you’re disabled.

But even direct quotes of things people have said to me irl, in the context of a story, read like weird “Mary-sue” dialogue 😂. One example that I’m currently trying to fix near the end of chapter 1 is literally word for word a recreation of a conversation I had with a shop keeper not long after moving back home. She asked what happened to my legs (while I was trying to do math so I could, you know, pay her btw) and when I told her some quick made up story so I could go back to counting she started gushing about how brave I was and how it was amazing that I’m still getting out and about. Irl, it was weird and uncomfortable and I’m trying to convey that feeling to readers but any time I put it (or similar interactions) in a story it reads like that thing that a lot of authors do to tell the reader how awesome and humble their characters are.

My Robloxia au - Noli

Quik character summary

Noli is a god-like being known from various myths surrounding Robloxia. Their cultists worship them as the highest being all across the world. And maybe he is at some point. But the true is-

Noli doesn't exist, at least not how people want them too.

This "Noli" is just a corrupted account that "somehow" found themselfs in the deity position, they are powerful, after all being made from pure corruption does make you a strong robloxian.

Noli really cares about their people. Cultists see them as a sign of hope, especially when they all found themselves in Ń̷͔͖͊̑͊̓i҈͉̬̰̪̀̓̎͊h҈̮͖̫͔̗̿̅̔i҈̮̩̩͖̝̈́̋̎̿͌l̶͔͔̏́m̷̦̝̳͌̀a̸͈͓̞͊̈́̂n̷̩̰̟̟̿͆ͅĭ̸̭̪̯̠̘̀a҈̭͔̀͛͗̑. Maybe Noli doesn't enjoy his godly position, but they do care about the not so little community that he took over after the previous leader's death, so they will stay and do everything to keep them safe...

But Noli is no true god, they are just as other robloxians, even tho it may not seem like it...
