On the left, the Xulgath are territorial and aggressive human-sized remnants of a long-fallen underground empire. They were one of the first humanoids to become sapient! They also...stink. Like literally, they have a sickening stench emanating at all times. They can temporarily stifle it with herbs, but it's just art of the deal. They are really strong though!
On the right, the Voidworms are 2 ft (61 cm) creatures that gather to play in the chaos of the maelstrom outside reality. They like going to our world because object permanence fascinates them. Even slow changes like leaves in fall or decay are intriguing to creatures whose bodies and organs. are constantly shifting. So they might take a liking to your area and just watch in awe for weeks or years. It can turn into any animal its size or smaller, its slap can stun you, and they have magic to make mist clouds and minor illusions.
