A question about the chapter cover; how’d you place the crimson heart there? Oh and I look forward for whats to come this comic is so cool

Ah, I was kinda hoping someone would ask that! Since I have the Cheat Sheet mod, I could just use paint tools to copy a crimson heart and paste it into the correct location. That was the easy part, the problem was that crimson hearts always generate with crimstone walls behind them and the paint tools copy the walls as well.

You can’t hammer out the walls because, well, hammers break the heart (and no, clicking on empty background and dragging the cursor over the heart with autoswing doesn’t work). The solution is to try to place a different wall behind the heart. Wall replace deletes the existing wall on the first click and only places the new one on the second, meaning you can effectively use literally any wall as a hammer that doesn’t destroy crimson hearts and shadow orbs! I felt pretty clever when I thought of that...

How far into clensing the world of evil did the last hero get Eth? What bosses were slain? Or does that even matter?

“The last hero made a good effort, but since his vanishing the Crimson has spread right back to where it was and then some. The old base is completely overrun with crimson beasts, which is why the we left. In his quest to stop the crimson he took down a number of powerful demonic bosses such as one of the Eyes of Cthulhu, but all of those adversaries have since escaped from the Void in his absence.”

“I dunno. I sure hope it’s not to keep pots intact, because I’ve smashed dozens now with my bare hands.

...Though for whatever reason, I do constantly feel like something really bad is happening right now. There’s this feeling of... impending doom, I guess.”

Curiosity. Is the world Normal or Expert mode?

Great question! Sol Ybberia is in normal mode. However, I can confirm right now that some other worlds that will eventually come into the story are in expert mode.
