Because I would like peoples opinion on this, in a Scion Voltron au, which gods would each of the cast be the children of? So far I was thinking Pele for Keith, Izanami for Shiro, Toth or Hephestus for Pidge. I wanted to give Lance Freyr or Freya, but I'm not sure, in just didnt want to be too completely obvious and give him someone like Broseidon.

Oh, for sure! It had its ups and downs, but nothing is surely perfect. Voltron will always be in our heart!

Few of Voltron Aus I came across and some I made up myself which I love 😍 and liked to share with you guys. 

1 Au I made up its basically where everything is the same except Lotor is more like his 80s version obsessed with marrying Allura 

2 is a role swap Au, Prince of Altea and Princess of the Galra Empire

3 is a Dark Paladin Lotor-Who ever made that Au is a freaking genius

4 is an Au where Alfor offered to let a young Galra prince to live in his kingdom and study the altean alchemy just like Lotors mother before, Unfortunately Zarkon and Honerva still lose themselves to the obsession with Quintessence and Zarkon still destroys Altea, however before all is destroyed Alfor gets his daughetr, nephew and Coran put into cryo-pods and saves their lives. So everything is basically the same except our wittle boy is with them. I call this Cousins Au-since he’s her little cousin in this one.

voltron au where krolia stayed on earth and she and mr. texas and keith became a badass, lion defending family. years later, the events of episode one happen and the gang show up at the blue lion and shiro is like LOOK PLEASE we really really need to get into space the GALRA ARE COMING and then he sees krolia and he’s like holy shit the galra are already here and has a mini heart attack before she and keith and mr. texas explain what’s going on and the gang is like look please we really need this the lion needs to be in commission and we need to get into space to go rescue the entire galaxy or the galra will come here next. you won’t be able to defend the blue lion from an entire galra invasion force. 

and keith’s like “fine. but you’re not taking it without me” and krolia is like “and me!” and mr. texas is like “AND ME” and then there is actual adult supervision aboard the castle of lions that is not coran. i love coran but he barely counts as adult supervision.

keith expects the badass looking dude to be the one that the lion bonds with, or at one of those super smart sounding people. but it’s the silly flirty boy who is admittedly kind of cute but WAY COCKY and a complete pain in the ass. 

keith is a little bit floored by it. he’s been trying to get the blue lion to respond to him for years and it never has and he’s confused and a little envious and maybe it’s the beginnings of a crush, okay, but he’d never say that out loud. his mother will and she will tease him about it in galran so no one else can understand it ;)

So, correct me if I’m wrong but...

On the VLD FANDOM wiki about alternate realities  it says

So doesn’t that mean that in theory every fanfic, fanart or ship is canon in the show? (just in a different reality)

Voltron Ghost Adventures AU where all five of them are just a mess of clunky camera gear and nerves and they constantly have the weirdest experiences as they stumble into haunted houses just hoping for the best

“Pidge, you brought the night vision goggles right???” “No, you said grab provisions. I got some Skittles and a Twinkie. Why, do you want the Twinkie?” “Pidge, you had one job.”

For some reason, spirits in almost every single house grab Lance’s ass and no one can figure out why

“Jesus, Hunk, take me to dinner first” “Lance, I’m across the hall” “Ohhhh my gooooood GUUUYS A SPIRIT JUST GRABBED MY ASS”

Shiro always gets things thrown at him. like, every single time. It’s where he’s gotten most of his scars because they’ll be walking into a kitchen and a chair will come skrrrrting around the corner and fly at his face

“But why is it always me?” “Probably because you’re so offensively good-looking” 

If there’s a scary doll in the house, it will find Keith. It always does.

*somewhere, Keith shrieks* “haha guess you could call Keith a chick magnet” “Lance, I hope a spirit pushes you down the stairs just because you said that stupid pun” “Y’know, Pidge, you’re always so sweet to me”

Hunk screams at any movement or creak in the house, every single time

Pidge gets into the habit of talking with the spirits like they’re her best friends and ignores imminent danger because she just explains it as them having a nice conversation

“Hunk, put me down, I’m fine, Charlene just wants to point me to where her body is” “PIDGE, THERE IS A KNIFE FLYING TOWARDS YOUR FACE I DON’T THINK SHE CARES IF YOU FIND HER BODY”

Most of the time, they just end up recording them creeping around abandoned shacks really carefully

Hunk always uses too much zoom so when he and Lance are exploring the west side of a mansion and Lance turns around and whispers “did you hear that”, all that Hunk sees on his night vision camera is Lance’s huge glowy eyes and his gigantic nostrils

At least once a week, they get locked in the basement of wherever they’re exploring and it always becomes a situation of life or death for them to escape yet they forget to plan for how to prevent it for the next time
