At least he's made a few friends, Hunk and Pidge, who are in a similar position as he; learning as they all go. Though when he meets a certain Galran prince- and IMMEDIATELY makes an ass of himself- the stakes for Lance are suddenly and irrevocably intensified.”

Lance Goes Boom Bang - Drag Him Down

This is my piece for the @lancegoesboombang! I was matched with @lyrical-spirit ‘s gorgeous artwork and was very inspired by it. The bang actually was moved two months down which I really appreciated for many reasons but this was a really fun work to do and to sit on for a while.

Summary:  An image was stuck behind Kinkade's eyelids, Lance falling down, surrounded by evil, dark things, reaching out for him, the feeling that he’d never make it in time. He’d seen his worst fear happening.

We’re proud to announce that the Artist and Writer sign ups for “Hey There, Sharpshooter” will be opening in seven days!

What is “Hey There, Sharpshooter”?

Hey There, Sharpshooter is a Mini-Bang all about our favorite Lover Boy and the ships we enjoy him in! So, the focus is Voltron ships that include Lance. We prefer the focus be on him, as he needs all the love he can get after losing his leading lady!

ALL SHIPS ARE WELCOME

Canon compliance is not necessary! AU’s are more than welcome, but we prefer he stay alive! (That means you, Kerry!)

The rules are simple:

Create original content

Keep the focus on Lance

Ship him with someone!

(There are more rules than this but this is a brief rundown!)

Writers will be required to submit a minimum of 5,000 words as their submission, unless they are collaborating with another writer!

Artists are required to create at least one (1) piece of art, finished to their normal standard! (You can make more if you and your writer really want to!)

Artists will be able to Claim the pieces they want to work for based on summaries and tags submitted by the Writers!
