Daily Speedwrite Pairings: Day 5
“Wanna try my vr?” -Plance
“Pidge that’s totally wicked!” Hunk squeaked from his position in front of the latter, his eyes sparkling.
“Thanks! I found it for super cheap at the space mall. I was really shocked to find something like this there.” Pidge chimed.
“Same here!” Hunk said beaming, “what are you going to play first?”
“Oh I’ve already took a crack at Beat Saber.” The girl replied, spinning a package of batteries in her hand, “I’ve been addicted to the YouTube videos since I found out about it.”
“Cool! I call second dibs!” The yellow clad boy cooed, flopping down onto the couch that was positioned in front of the tv.
“Wh-second?” She cocked an eyebrow, “Why not first?”
“PIDGE! WHAT IS THAT!? LOOKS COOL! LEMME TRY!” An erratic voice echoed through the room suddenly.
“That’s why.” Hunk chimed, laying down casually on the couch.
“Oh hey Lance!” Pidge beamed, “want to try my new VR?”
Lance nodded with a huge and goofy grin painted on his face. “Set me up!”
Pidge obliged and helped her friend put on the headset, then carefully handed him the controllers.
“Set me up for Beat Saber pretty please?” Lance cooed, standing attentively at the tv. He waved to himself repeatedly, as he could see his “hands” in the screen.
The girl chuckled and set up the game for her friend. “Alright. I’ll put you on to a simple song.”
Lance stood on alert as he started to swipe at colored bricks. Soon he got into the groove of things.
“Oooh! Buddy look! You’re close to beating Pidge’s high score!” Hunk chimed from the couch.
“Wha-?!” Pidge’s eyebrows shot up in shock upon seeing the score, “no way! Not gonna happen!”
“Oh it’s happening!” Lance snarled back playfully, still fixated on the neon bricks he was smashing.
“Sorry bud. But that high score is mine!” Pidge cried out before gently jabbing Lance’s sides
“NGRH- PIDGE N-“ Lance huffed, trying time regain his composure and hyperfocus.
“Pidge yes. Time to say goodbye to your high score.”
Pidge let her nimble fingers worm their way under the boy’s shirt to squeeze around his sides.
“PFF- Pihihihihidgehehehe! nohohohoho!” Lance whined, not bothering to fight.
“Never! I’ll make you miss!” Pidge replied with an evil grin.
“Ihihihihi’ll wihihihihin!” Lance chirped, lazer focusing his eyes to the, now shaking, bricks.
When Pidge moves her hands up under his arms, they immediately shot down, causing Lance to just fall short of her high score
“NOHOHOHO FAHAHAHAHIHIHIHIR!” Lance howled as his most sensitive spot was ruthlessly attacked.
“All is fair in love and Beat Saber.” Pidge cooed as she moved one hand down to squeeze Lance’s stomach pudge.
“NOHOHOHOHO STAHAHAHAHAP! MEHEHEHEHEHERCY!” Lance crumbled to the floor, giggling like crazy.
“Mmmm Nah!” Pidge replied, “I’m gonna make sure you know to never beat my high score.”
“IHIHIHIHI KNOHOHOHOHOW! IHIHIHI KNOOOOOW HAHAH!” Lance writhed under his friend’s evil touches, trying so desperately to escape his ticklish dilemma.
“Hmm. But do you really?” Pidge dipped a finger into Lance’s belly button, “do you actually really?”
“YEHEHEHEHEHES! OHOHOHOHO GAHAHAHAD! YES YES YEHEHEHEHES! STAHAHAHAHPPIHIHIHIT!” Lance was howling with laughter by now, slamming his fists against the ground.
Pidge chuckled and helped her friend to his feet, sneaking a few squeezes to the boy’s side as he steadied himself.
“Evil child. Evil.” Lance spat.
“Aww someone’s mad they didn’t beat my high score.” Pidge teased, letting her lips purse on every word.
“I’m gonna beat it’s just watch it.”
When a few hours passed, Pidge found herself being beckoned to the room where the TV was located.
“When did-“
“Just now.”
“How did-“
“Grovel. That’s right. Grovel. I beat your high score fair and square!”
“grrrr.” Pidge soon pounced again, reducing her friend into a puddle of messy giggles.
