I know Lotor didn’t really care about being emperor and taking the throne was simply a necessity to facilitate peace, but I'm still disappointed we never got to see him wearing a crown or cape.

I’ve watched “Voltron Legendary Defender” episodes 3-4 season 4. (Spoilers!) The first one is a little strange: the first part is very comedian and plenty of anime animations and cow moments and the second part is more serious – it tells about Zarkon’s recovery and his problems with Lotor. Well, it ends up with a gathering of all Galra fleet to defeat… no, not Voltron – Lotor. Anyway, they both escaped. The second episode is even stranger: it tells about Coran getting some kind of worm into his brains and it gives him ideas about how to produce the Voltron show to support the rebels. Actually, it reminded me of “The Ember Island Players” (Avatar: The Last Airbender, season 3, episode 17), but here the paladins themselves play themselves and do it very silly. I hope there will be more plot events and fights.

Favorite things from Voltron Season 4

- Right off the bat, episode 1 has a group hug too good for this world

- HOLT SIBLING REUNION FIGHT

- “Stand back, Pidge” “Stand back, Matt” at the same time and their lil smirk

- Matt’s response to meeting Allura I choked

- Pidge excitedly showing Matt around the castle cured my depression tbh

- “This is our cow”

- Lance being so mad about Matt coming back bc  competition for Allura and he lost his video game buddy Pidge

- Pidge, Matt and Hunk havin a good time bein nerds together

- Allura and Coran asking Kultenecker for a milkshake

- Freakin Lance with his blue lion slippers fabulously milking a cow in space

- Lance reassuring said cow that she is beautiful and this is totally natural

- Coran bargaining with that unalu again

- All those ridiculous poses cleared my skin

- RAZZLE DAZZLE

- “Wait, Shiro is the most popular?”

- Pidge and Beezer!!

- Seeing old friends all come together again 

- Lance is so good at giving motivational speeches?? Like holy crap??

- “That was all you.”
