Status Post #6382: I have a feeling that Lotor's patrol squad in the Altean colony may not be Galra but probably a different race. There is a good possibility that they could appear in the final season.

Status Post #6346: Speculations on who sent the giant sentry in the recent season finale.

Lotor - Given the last shot revealed an Altean being inside the sentry and still breathing, there's a good chance that he could be responsible since after all, his MEH was harvesting innocent Alteans' Quintessence at the cost of their lives.

Honerva - Seems plausible, given her absence from the majority of the recent season.

Hira - What if the Altean was actually from the alternate reality and that Hira was from being an antivillainess?

Different villain - Probably not one of the Coalition, so someone from the Galra Empire. I don't think Zethrid and Ezor would be that type.

OK, guys!

Apparently we will get a new character named “Luca” in the upcoming seasons!

This is a german website that lists the german voice actors for Voltron and it lists a new character named “Luca”, the voice actress is named “Luisa Casper.” I don’t know about america but in german Luca is mostly used as a male name (mostly, not necessarily though). The voice actress is female but that also doesn’t have to mean anything. So we don’t really know anything about this possible new character.

This site can be totally unreliable but I gotta tell you that prior to season 5 I already knew that we will see Keith’s mother at some point as she was already listed as “Keith’s Mutter” on this site before. NO GUARANTEE THAT I’M RIGHT ABOUT THIS, JUST AN INTERESTING OBSERVATION! Edit: WHY DOES THIS PICTURE SUCK SO MUCH, HERE IS ANOTHER ONE

Okay, with complete, 100% honestly out of me

I expect Lotor to eventually used to paladins to obtain his goal of opening the rift. Maybe not exactly 100% betraying them, but using them. Like how one friend gets a car and you all get them to drive you around all the time. He'll more so...i guess abandons them. Like, now you have your own car and you don't hand out with that one friend as much.

Then I think it's going to have another Lotor/Keith parallel. I think someone, be it one of the paladins, or one of the girls, whoever, is going to be like Lance when Keith was acting stupid in S3 E3, when they chased Lotor to that gas planet. He's going to do something everyone has a bad feeling about, and it's going to end in something bad happening. It won't be what he wants to happen, but everything will blow up in his face (just... a little less literally then what happened with Keith..)

(In my humble opinion, I think he's going to let out more of those things from beyond the rift. But I suppose he could also let out those evil Alteans? Or something totally different, idk at this point)

But I think it's going to be a lot like that episode. Lotor, like Keith, is going to have an 'I fucked up...' moment.

Maybe, just maybe, someone will be his Lance. For once someone won't punish him with violence at messing up. Someone won't push him away. They'll simply be like 'yeah, you totally fucked this up. But we're going to fix it'
