Week 6, lineless digital. I love how Team Cherry's distinct and simple character designs enable the characters to still be recognizable in such simple styles.
Ideas for Pantheon Order!
The Squeakquel
This includes a few bosses from Act 3 and some secret Act 2 bosses, so obvious spoilers loca!
I love Sister Splinter's theme but my favorite part is that it plays for:
Ambush predator with control over plant life that has been terrorizing Shellwood ever since the Shellwood's creator and protector died.
Totem and god of a cult worshiping fire, containing the remains of an old bug that wished for immolation at its heart; upon its death its followers gleefully set themselves on fire.
The tormented souls of countless people tortured in horrific Silk experiments, their pain staining the pit into which they were discarded so heavily that nothing, not even a powerful Weaver like Hornet, can ever release them.

Pharloom Bestiary - #38. Voltvyrm
Coiled nest of charged worms. Assaults intruders with bolts of crackling electricity.
Barely a bug, and possessing only basic thought, yet instinct alone proved enough to turn it deadly.
Classification: Major Denizen
The Voltvyrm is a curious creature within the higher caverns of the Sands of karak. I don't know if they are a remnant of the civilization that once resided here or merely a newly-evolved feature of this region's climate. In either case, this nest of wormlike creatures was less of a singular challenge and more of an obstacle to overcome. As a puzzle it is fairly easily solved, yet as an ecosystem it certainly leaves an impression in the mind.
Grade: C
Silksong Boss Group 3/6 15/30
Went back to the Sands of Karak specifically for filling out the Hunter's Journal for the Driznagas, remembering one specifically would spawn just before the boss fight room with the Conchfly. As I was back there, though, I got suspicious of the high ceiling room you end up in after climbing all the way up from the shortcut made by the Blasted Steps Bellway.
Can't believe I missed this.
There isn't a whole lot to this area, some challenging platforming, a new boss fight which was pretty decent. I mostly ended up taking damage because the cues were a bit hard for me to see at some points with how how purple everything is. Honestly though I died more from that last platforming bit trying to reach them than from anything else.
With their defeat I get a new tool!
I don't use spells that often though so I'm not sure it's worth giving up one of my blue tool spots for.
I've got. A lot of really good blue tools and I don't really get to use most of them. Kind of wish sometimes I could have something similar to the overcharmed status in Hollow Knight, but instead of forcing the equipping of more charms than you have space for, forcing a tool into a colored spot it doesn't belong in.
I think the double damage penalty would be too much in this game, but it'd be cool if forcing it into the wrong spot modified the tool and it's use in some way. I'd even take the tool being slightly worse than it's supposed to be when forced into the wrong space.
