I recorded this while playing HLA with the commentary on. Some great behind-the-scenes game animation nerd stuff! Enjoy, fellow animation nerds. I have been impressed with all the detailed shuffling the soldiers do to slow down or change direction. It makes them feel so weighty and real. Its hard to get a good look at them when they are shooting at you though, so it was nice of Valve to add this visual component to the audio commentary.

[ DAY 177- 179 ] Day 200 is almost here but I don’t want to be so caught up in the idea of looking forward to days and numbers like that. I like knowing I’m going to go and go until I possibly can’t anymore. It’s a mental test for myself, and it’s given me such a great sense of self esteem. It feels like nothing can get to me because I no matter what I accomplish one important thing to me everyday.

Finally someone who appreciates my genius - Making a VR buddy in Quill to high five me in Unity

More noob VR dev adventures! I used Quill to make a robot to celebrate my small victories with me as I learn Unity. And then I abused him with physics materials and sent him bouncing into space.

Also a guest appearance from Portal 2's Wheatley, whom I ripped kicking and screaming out of the Source engine for no particular reason other than to prove I could?

Place is nearly ready now I am going to work on avatar rigging.

another issue I ran into my desk camera finally works but now instead of switching between firsts and third person camera. it is switching between my third person camera and my desk which is supposed to be a still camera for videos.

probably also gonna move my beanbag to the other room. I already have so many ideas for videos!
