Wacom Tablet should be good to go!
tbh wacom deserves a fukcing reward for having the shittiest drivers in human history
Well that was interesting. Managed to heck up Windows 10 by updating Wacom drivers. I couldn’t click anything except the desktop and its icons. Turns out the driver installer corrupted some files in a way that things were still hecked up after uninstalling them.
The fix was to open Start Menu with Windows Button, type ‘cmd’ to get the command prompt launcher in the menu, hit the sub-menu button (next to right control, effect is similar to right click), start the command prompt as an administrator, and then just type in ‘SFC /ScanNow’ and reboot.
Anybody know if Wacom updated their drivers yet for the Mac? Cause I don't have my tablet with me and I won't have it for another week and a half and I'm curious already.
Aaargh! *chews on graphics tablet* Dammit! Saved an enormous, giant ArtRage painting* that I am SO CLOSE to finishing after seven months and the system hung up briefly and it borked up the pen tablet somehow. It's a new tablet and it's apparently rather less reliable than the previous model.
*sadly watches the cursor drift erratically in slow motion across the screen then goes back to biting tablet in frustration*
*seriously. Huge. 1.01 GB and started in December. It takes a couple of minutes to open, has 15-25 layers (it varies) and is 12,000 pixels on the longest side. The biggest I've ever gone before is about 5,000.
