Since I'm making a clown of myself on purpose, here's some enlightenment on the Russian meme segment.
A while ago someone made a meme out of the intro for an Orthodox Christian TV show called, uhh, "Conversations/Talks with Father"; the word "father" in this particular form only means an Orthodox priest but the origins of it are obvious to a native speaker. The meme material is that you can remove a syllable from each word to get a grammatically correct word combination that means "Troubles with Head" (head as in, that weird decoration on your shoulders), "sick in the head" if you will. Add a poorly drawn nurse and you're done.
Having the original phrase and the gorgeous modification, you get four options. Hereby I present to you:
"Conversations with Father": well, he did have some, and they were important to the plot, too.
"Conversations with Head": his key feature is talking to himself when he dissociates.
"Troubles with Father": better have no father than Gerald Crane as one.
"Troubles with Head": boy does Barbs have some. I want to spray her with water every time she appears on the screen and it's not getting better.
It ain't over though.
The fifth meme option is utterly meaningless and consists in repeated first syllables of every word, so that you end up with total garbage but at least it sounds funny, something like "kokoko with hehehe" if you use the translation, or simply "beh beh beh s bah bah bah" if you go for the original phonetics. The message you get across with it is close to "sick in the head" but the delivery is also sick. Hence,
BEH BEH BEH BAH BAH BAH
