AN EASY EXERCISE THAT MELTS THIGH AND WAIST FAT! DO THIS FOR ONLY 2 MINUTES A DAY
HOW IS THE EXERCISE DONE? 1- On the floor, open your legs about the width of your waist, stand on your knees, and hold your back straight. 2- Stretch your right leg and put your sole on the floor. 3- While breathing, place your right hand on the right leg and stretch your left hand straight up. 4- While exhaling, tilt your upper body to the right while pulling your left hand diagonally upward. 5- Take 3 deep breaths while keeping the position. Repeat the exercise 6 times for both of the legs.
BENEFITS: 1- It strengthens the balance and muscles. 2- It burns the inner thigh fat. 3- It helps to shrink waistline. 4- It improves the flexibility of the body.

If you want to have good slimming results you just need to exercise more, everyday. If you burn more calories than you actually consume or eat then you will create a caloric deficit. This caloric deficit will force your body to start burning its fat deposits that it stored on your belly, legs, butt or arms.
But for this to happen you need to exercise more everyday and you need to cut back on the amount of calories you consume daily.
Today’s workout can be done by men, too, but I’m sure most of the ladies are excited to try this one out. These exercises help tone your belly and glutes in order to make your abs more visible and your butt more pronounced!
