loki had lost control of his powers. all of his powers. he kept accidentally casting spells, mostly destructive spells. not to mention his glamor had dropped. he knew from the trip to jotunheim with thor and the idiot warriors three that if he touched anyone they'd get frost bite. so when someone started to approach him, he backed up in a panic. "d-don't come near. i'm not safe. you'll freeze or my powers i can't- just stay away."

matthew had been working with dna samples in his lab when his senses seemed to dull. colors no longer seemed as bright and he couldn't hear noise from any of the surrounding labs. that was strange. it was almost like his human senses were back. thinking that maybe he had been working too hard and needed to take a break he left the lab for fresh air. when he walked outside he saw the city had erupted into chaos. he grabbed a passerby's arm, stopping them from walking away. "what happened here?"

"hey katie… your head feeling okay? cause mine feels like when loki-" his voice trailed off, not sure what he was actually saying loki? who's loki? "my head feels all fucked up."

Carlos loved Parker, he’d been part of his original family and looked after him while they seemed to run whatever scam they had set up. He never really cared so long as they stuck close, part of him wondered if maybe Parker could help him find his mother, he didn’t feel the need to look for his father after all he’d already had a great foster one but his mother something about him felt like it was missing. Hiram Lodge worked the underground and was Parker’s boss through him he’d been able to get a house for him and Cecilia to live so maybe he had enough reach to get the information he needed and maybe save Parker as well. “Hello Mr Lodge, It’s been a while, how did finding that sales front go?” He mused looking at the other. “Your daughter let me in. I hope you don’t mind but I had some questions about my dad and I was hoping you could answer them for me.” @forafcrtnight

Eddie couldn’t believe his luck the moment he and his son arrived the city erupted into pure chaos. He'd been on a simple errand to grab some groceries and other things for their new home when everyone seemed to be having a very bad day. The Army medic in him went into overtime trying to assist anyone he could but currently, he was a couple of hands short when attempting to help the people trapped in the building before him. It wasn’t until he saw a familiar birthmarked face did he allowed himself a smile “Buck, Thank God you’re here I need your help” he mused knowing that there wasn’t anyone more he trusted to watch his back especially when the world was going to hell. “I’ve got two people who need to get free from this rubble but I can’t lift it and help get them out at the same time.” @lcvenderhcze

"ahh, this is better." he sighed and sat on the bench and smiled at the familiar-looking woman "don't worry, i don't have any powers to go haywire in here. i was just looking to get away from the chaos out there, but if i'm in your way please let me know and i can move."
