It’s 77 degrees fahrenheit here today. It’s beautiful. I walked two miles earlier. I plan on walking again soon. I feel sooooo good.
Also, for lunch today I ordered a wrap and could only eat half. Usually I’d eat the whole thing plus fries or whatever else we had. I ate half. And a few sweet potato fries, literally like 8. That is HUGE for me. I can’t wait for my next weigh in. Usually I’m terrified of weigh ins.
The next 4 days will be challenging because it’s going to be storming. So no walking 😭 Anyone have any suggestions on things to do inside to burn calories?! Let me know!
