I am sweating my ass offffff!
Just went for a run/walk/run/walk type of a walk with my son. For about 45 minutes. Until he fell and scraped up his hand.
That walk felt good. That run felt good. 💪🏻
Sooo... I gave up. Again. I shouldn’t of. I do this all the time. I go good for a while then BAM I suddenly feed defeated for absolutely no reason and I give up. I’m so sick of it. I’m more aware of my actions than ever before and I immediately regret it two days later when I start feeling bloated and crappy 😭 where as before I would go months before I finally regretted it. I keep thinking back like, “What if I would of kept going from the first time? How much smaller would I be?” I’m not eating out of my calories, just eating crappy food. Like pepperoni pizza and spaghetti and chocolate. Ugh it’s soooo frustrating!!!! 😭😭😭 HELP!!!!

One of my favorite dinners! (For a family) • Cook 3-4 chicken breasts in crockpot on high for about 3-4hrs until it falls apart. • Pull apart chicken • Add BBQ sauce (usually a whole bottle), one can of black beans and a cup of Mexican blend cheese. • Mix together and let heat for 30 minutes. And it’s done! You can add a tbs of lite sour cream on top at the end if you’d like. It’s sooooo good 😋
