What Achilles surgery she’s back I broke my personal best today for the first time since Achilles surgery in October. I have to say it feels pretty darn good. Thanks to everybody who has cheered me on who have rooted for me and said you e got this. Now for my next goal mile 22 but it won’t happen overnight but trust me it won’t be far off. Today I didn’t feel like going to OTF but I knew I needed to at least get started on my walk to run program. So I did day 1. Most people wouldn’t think much of this progress but I’m ecstatic. Not only am I already starting off better but I truthfully could not be happier at how I felt doing this walk/jog. I remember back then I died.
