In case you missed it, there was a post going around that consisted of pictures of beds in the style of the characters of Sherlock BBC. It was funny, there was no flak, everybody agreed and all was going well until theleftpill found the post and threw a fit.
She threw a Tolstoy-length long fit because apparently someone reblogged the post with a picture of Molly as a single bed.
Now, because the Sherlollians are all a bunch of lemmings and can’t afford to see things in their own POV without being pressured by the Big Blogs, they suddenly all agreed and hated the post. All fun was gone. Now no one wants to touch the bed post because it’s controversial. Ew. Icky. Apparently, it was wrong for someone to give Molly a yellow, sunshine filled twin mattress. Shit. We’re so sorry! Excuse us for not being so thorough! *smh*
The Sherlollians are calling it the Great Bed Discourse.
Jesus, people. It’s a bed. Don’t look so much into it. If we had said John’s bed looked rather boring would that make you feel a little better? It’s a fucking bed. It’s a post of stupid beds all in different shapes and colors. What about Irene’s BDSM bed? Got a complaint about that? No of course not, because you always assume it’s about Molly. We didn’t give Mary a 2000 square feet bed with little chocolate hearts on it, but you’re more worried about the bed someone gave Molly.
It wasn’t such a big deal, either. Of course the Sherlollians had to kick up dust and stir up trouble because there’s nothing else to do and they hate it - oh they HATE it - when they see everyone getting along in the fandom, including Johnlockers. Especially if it involves Molly. If we don’t give her the biggest, shiniest, prettiest, cutest bed, we’re basically throwing the poor girl to the sharks.
Apparently, we hate Molly so much, we give her a single bed. Oh gee.
People are trying to have fun here, and you Sherlollians keep ruining it. It’s a BED. Calm down. We’ll make sure Molly has more pillows next time. *snerk*

We can’t believe we’re even writing this whole post. This is so hilarious it’s ridiculous. We’d ask our fans to play the drinking game and take a shot every time we had to mention “bed” but we don’t want you having to be rushed to the hospital on account of alcohol poisoning.
On an ending note, the person who uploaded the picture of the “Molly bed” replied in defense that they simply looked for a bed that could best resemble Molly. It wasn’t done in offense, it’s a sweet bed, it’s very adorable, but since it isn’t BIG enough for two people, this person got dumped on as well. It’s a single bed!! Oh dear!! If any of these statements were really true, maybe you should have posted some sources. You know. Proof of these things being done? Although... maybe DON’T show us a picture of Loo’s vagina, since that would be inappropriate. Tsk, tsk.)
And then a few posts later, the Sherlollians make a post saying how proud they are of each other and rising above the hatred, patting each other over the backs.
We’re just laughing our heads off over here at the whiplashing going on. Make a post about beds in the style of Sherlock characters, someone throws a temper tantrum about the size of the mattress, and yet WE get blasted.
