Long story behind this one - One day I fell down a rabbit hole of old UNDERTALE posts that would probably considered lost to time if it hadn't all been reposted on a Russian Instagram clone. There, I found artwork of Frisk and Muffet dating back to ye olde year of 2016. One of the pieces there was from a discontinued AU, named "WARTALE," where-in Frisk was giving candy to a malnourished and famished Muffet. From what I could gather of the AU from a translated wikia page, a civil war sparked inside the underground between those who sought peace with humankind and those who would rather see them dead. Frisk is a human in hiding from monsters that want to kill them, while Muffet, a starving orphan that had to resort to cannibalism to survive, is captured by the human-haters and used as a feral attack dog against their enemies. I really liked the designs, so I made this. Might be the first WARTALE (Russian) fanart in 9 years lmao.

Eng. Rief'e is Kurt's younger brother. Lost his sight in the battle against the SWAMP. Due to the loss of his eyes, he developed other senses. Navigates by smells, hearing and air currents. Psycho, sadist with his own code of honor. At the first meeting, he will kill you several times, but then he will develop sympathy or hatred for you (depending on how you behave). He doesn’t like the SWAMP because it stinks worse than Kurt’s underwear and there is constant noise from insects.

Псих, садист со своим кодексом чести. При первой встрече несколько раз убьёт вас, но потом проникнется к вам симпатией или ненавистью (в зависимости от того как вы себя ведёте). Не любит ТОПЬ потому что там воняет хуже трусов Курта и постоянно шумят насикомые.
