Well that was a cluster fuck. In district 34, the Clinton delegates were done voting before the Sanders delegates even got their ballots. Apparently the 34 Democrats thought one printer was plenty.

Finally home. I have to say that this process made me not want to be involved in the political process next time. This was a rough day and thank goodness for the proactive people in my district who made it possible for us to finish and leave long before the other county districts even figured out who was running to be a delegate for the next round.
Washington residents!
You probably already know but in case you don’t, many of our super delegates in our state have refused to acknowledge that WA residents overwhelmingly showed support and backing for Senator Sanders in our caucus. He won by a rounded 73% overall in the state. Clinton did not win any county in the state. Representative Rick Larsen (who “represents” Island, Whatcom, Skagit, King, and Snohomish counties) was very condescending when people from these areas urged him to do his job and represent the people who elected him. In his area, the lowest amount of support for Sanders was in King county and that was 67%. The highest was in Whatcom which was 80.5%. Him, as well as the others listed below, are not upholding their promise to represent us and our interests if they continue to back Clinton.
ALL of the representatives for the house are up for re-election this year.
Jay Inslee -- Governor Maria Cantwell -- US Senator Patty Murray -- US Senator (Up for re-election) Suzan DelBene -- Representative Denny Heck -- Representative Derek Kilmer -- Representative Rick Larsen -- Representative Jim McDermott -- Representative (retiring) Adam Smith -- Representative Rion Ramirez -- DNC
If you would like to contact them, all their numbers are here. If you do, please do not be disrespectful but be clear if they do not represent you, they are not doing their job. They no longer have my vote, personally.
Mike Lapointe is running against Rick Larsen (as a democrat). There is a full list of candidates running and the office incumbent at the moment. Do your research.

You could say that after Super Tuesday things looked very bleak for Senator Bernie Sanders, unless you’re a Bernie Sanders follower. Berners picked themselves up, looked at what needed to be done set some goals and just blew past expectations. Think about this for a moment. Bernie Sanders needed to average 58% at the remaining caucuses and primaries to match Hillary Clinton. His average was…

The Washington Caucas was today, so I brought my mom to the local elementary school at a packed gym, because they haven’t prepared to the swelling mess of people. (It is a record year, remember?)
Bernie Sanders has gained about 60 delegate lead on Clinton. It’s good, but far from winning, not that I dearly hope for Bernie to win or anything...
The experience was confounding but exciting, it took little longer than I would care but overall there’s people and talking point and everyone’s camaraderie.
There’s many reason to just do a primary, including the fact that there is a primary... just that only the Republicans count. (It’s an open primary, sort of)
But caucas is a great way to see democracy at hand, and I’m glad I was part of that process. I’m a alternate delegate. Hopefully, I don’t get a call...
It's a good day to be a Washingtonian.
I ended up being a alternate delegate for bernie sanders today at the washington caucus!! even though I wont have to probably do anything I am kind of excited
