/ / ~ S U M M E R 🤞 . After a disappointing April and May, it feels like summer has finally arrived in Lancaster. It's been a hectic time for us all in the Monk household as we've had to sort out loads of expensive house repairs, Steve's busy with work, I'm starting to pick up photography clients again and it's been difficult with allergy stuff/ weaning/ teething/ sleep.... just about everything really. . I think the easing of restrictions is lovely in so many ways but as life is getting busier again, I'm wanting to keep the slower pace from our lockdown days. Life's such a mish mash right now and it's hard not to feel overwhelmed by it all. There's lots to be grateful for and I'm looking forward to some summer adventures but if things get too much I may just hide in the playhouse, so you know where to find me on one of those days when everyone's having a meltdown 😜 .
