Time for new cuttings! I’m really enjoying taking cuttings while the season allows me to. I love giving them off to family and friends when they’re fully rooted and planted, and I love learning about plants by pruning them.

This generation of cuttings are (from top left): scindapsus pictus silvery ann, cebu blue pothos, philodendron brasil, marble queen pothos, n’joy pothos.

Some of them are first timers to propagate for me, which is exciting, so I hope they all survive and become plants eventually 🥰🤞🏻

My landlord came down and asked if i wanted some more succulents cause a friend gave her some cuttings.... so im gonna try water rootig one and the other i shoved in my gecko cage with Eris because warmth and light. Shes already tried climbing it then became uninterested.

One of my weaknesses as a plant parent is trimming my plants and take cuttings. Simply because I love vining plants and I don’t really mind if my plants aren’t very bushy. However, my tetrasperma, philo brasil and scindapsus argyraeys are growing waay to fast for me to keep up with, and I realized it would be nice to have some cuttings ready to give to people I like? So here is my new tiny water rooting nursery.

All these Medora cuttings are being mailed across the country Monday. I hope they will be happy in their new home. It's already time to chop the mother plant, Castiel, again. He's the fastest growing plant I've ever had.

Day 1: New Month, New Leaf

Baby has a new leaf coming in! The roots are definitely ready for soil, but now I'm nervous to transplant. Could the stress of it cause Baby to lose the new leaf? I feel like it would be fine but idk. Thoughts/opinions?
