20th Jan 26 - Starting points for my work on Process and Production with Lorna Mitchell. Drawings came from watching videos of waves I took on my last visit to the location of my previous specific project for Visual Language. The sounds of waves I find soothing and the reason I chose to work with water is not only do I find it fascinating but also soothing. My first 16 years were lived beside the sea, listening and looking at its changing conditions.

Comedian and actor Isy Suttie, seeking relaxation, explores the world of sound therapy.

The Art of Now relates to my watching and listening to videos of the sea studies, which I have collected specifially for Process and Production project entitled, In Praise of Water.

Whilst not precisely performative, the idea is process led, in order to increase my awareness, observational ability, enliven the senses and draw on my imagination, which turn will influence how I style, and what I draw and paint for this project.
