5 days out till my powerlifting meet and I'm trying something for the first time called water loading which basically has me drinking about 3 1/2 of these bad boys for 2-3 days while cutting out the sodium and carbs. Leading close to 1-2 days out cut the water and your body should respond in kind. Not recommended to all but thought I'd try it out.
