The harvest season is behind us and we have been laying our new wines to rest for a long slumber here at Waters Winery. Just in time for your Christmas parties, however, we are excited to be hosting a number of events over Holiday Barrel Weekend here in Walla Walla as well as sharing some beautiful Library Wines with our guests that surely will not last long.

We will be open for guests down at our new facility on Peppers Bridge Road in Walla Walla just below Amavi Cellars all weekend long.

We couldn’t be more excited to be co-hosting our annual Holiday Barrel Winemaker’s Dinner in the Grand Lobby of the Marcus Whitman Hotel on Saturday, December 6th with our sister wineries, Flying Trout Wines and TERO Estates. 70 guests will enjoy an evening of pure decadence as we nosh on 6 stunning courses prepared by the hotel’s new Chef Scott McLean. Highlights of the menu include maple candied pork belly with cherry caviar and beet crisp, coffee crusted lamb chop with garlic Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted rainbow carrots, spinach, Chanterelle mushrooms, citrus and jus and much more. The Downtown Walla Walla space for TERO Estates will also be hosting a book signing for Catie McIntyre-Walker’s new book ‘Walla Walla: A Deep Rooted History’ on Friday, December 5th from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. We are located at 6 W. Rose, at the corner of 2nd Avenue.

We cannot wait to see all of our friends over the weekend!

Crush will be over before we know it here in Walla Walla, and that means only one thing – Fall Release Weekend is nearly here.

We invite you to join us down at our new production facility in Walla Walla to enjoy some spectacular new releases, our high-end releases that we rarely open for the public and a library surprise or two November 7th – 9th.

Our crew will be set up in our new barrel room along with our sister winery, Flying Trout Wines, dishing up wine, tasty stews from The Bank & Grill Catering Co., great conversation and much more.

We hope that you will make plans to join us over the weekend. Many of our new releases have been getting incredible scores and accolades and will not be around for long!

Waters Winery will provide a stunning backdrop for an evening of revelry as guests enjoy the following perfectly paired with Waters Winery wines.
