Why I want Mayday and Blade to interact more than just mentioning each other once;

What if Blade once paid Mayday a visit at Propwash Junction during his (very) rare off day, before Dusty became a world renowned air racer? Dusty didn't notice Blade (he's busy daydreaming), and Blade paid him no mind, Dusty was just another crop duster dusting crops, he's here to catch up with Mayday.

And then later that day, Dusty would rolled up to Mayday, asked him what he's been up to today and Mayday simply answered "Just catching up with a friend of mine." all vague-like the way old peeps do. Blade already returned home atp.
