To preface, this is entirely my own feelings, and not trying to attack anyone.

It bothers me when people purposely misgender or don’t bother to get gender and pronouns right for criminals or other terrible people who happen to be not cis, with the reasoning that since they’re a terrible person they don’t have to get their gender or pronouns correct.

Personally, it’s just fundamentally wrong since.. the person is as much as their gender as any terrible person who happens to be cis (will not name names but you can probably think of multiple significant bad people in history like this). Not sure if that wording makes sense so for an example: imagine a cis man and a trans man, both of whom happen to be a terrible person, idk both murderers or something. Both of them are men and use he/him pronouns, but some people insist on referring to the trans man as only she/her and as a woman, citing that it’s because “shes a terrible person/murderer”, yet more often then not (or at least I’ve never seen any other case), they’ll perfectly remember the cis man is a man and uses he/him.

Personally this is transphobic, because if they didn’t know the trans man was trans in the first place, they wouldn’t have that excuse to use the wrong pronouns and gender and would use the same ones they use for the cis man; it’s only because the trans man was assigned female at birth that they ignore his actual gender identity yet won’t do the same for the cis man.

In the end, I just feel that if you’re going to misgender a bad person because they’re not cis with the excuse that you don’t care because they’re terrible, then you should either extend this logic to bad people who are cis, or respect BOTH of their genders and pronouns.

Below here is more personal personal opinion if that makes sense? So free to disagree with me, or disagree with this post in general I guess long as it’s civil.

But anyways, I feel like it’s beneficial to respect their gender regardless of them being cis or not cis to recognize that anyone, regardless of gender, can be a terrible person, without pinning that on just one gender or two. And another thing is it humanizes that person more in a way, compared to misgendering which could feel dehumanizing.. idk if that sounds weird to say to humanize terrible people, but I feel that’s a way to make sure yourself or others don’t end up like them. If you don’t recognize that they were a human just like you in the first place, you can’t realize how they became the way they were and potentially others can end up like them— and taking effort not to misgender them is a part of that.

why do people say vocaloid is dead or not successful anymore

The software itself still receives updates even if there aren’t new voicebanks. and this isn’t necessarily bad because it’s allowing new synths to be in the spotlight too!

But have you SEEN and HEARD all the new producers?? and all the old ones who are still going!???

you can say your idea of what Vocaloid as a whole is to you is dead, but honestly you really can’t say that overall. not only is it just not true, you would be dismissing all the new producers and their songs and their works

Do some searching!! Find new songs and producers that you may like!! There’s still so much to explore!!

I had this sitting in my askbox for a long time bc long ago I wanted people to send questions (but then I never answered.........) but anyways!!

head full thoughts many about hio’s personality but i’ll try to explain it simple?

he is overall really sweet and kind and caring, he loves being a big bro for kids, and is a supportive and loving friend!! he seems pretty extroverted, but he gets very tired after a lot of irl social interaction and has to rest for a long time afterwards. with that said tho he loves talking to others and meeting others! (this doesn’t mean he is always the best at talking though, i imagine he is either very calm and slow or very fast)

so that is mainly when he is happy...he is scary when he is angry, if you hurt someone he loves he will yell really angry at you ;; so don’t hurt people he loves lmaoo

he can be a little clingy because most of his life, he’s had very few friends and was very attatched to them, so when he gets comfortable with a new friend he’ll want to talk to them a lot. another thing is that he’s very big on physical affection like hugs and hand holding, he of course will respect your wishes if you don’t want to have a lot of physical contact, but if you do he will certainly deliver haha

now for vy2hio!! i also have..a lot of thoughts about them, but i will try to simplify this as well

for their personalities, yuuma is pretty shy but very sweet and warm, while hio is more outgoing and very sweet as well. i would say their dynamic is like .. uhh just two really sweet people who love eachother a lot hgjkfhg

yuuma usually expresses his feelings to hio in words, and hio usually expresses it with physical affection (he doesn’t know how to use his words a lot haha), so yuuma will write love letters to hio or long texts, while hio prefers hugging or cuddling with him. yuuma thinks its cute (hios like a warm kitty to him)

yuuma is shyer and gets more flustered with hio public bc hio likes to tease him, but usually when they’re by themself yuuma is less shy with hio and hio likes it a lot hgkfjgh

I don’t really talk about my headcanons a lot, but I thought of some Lore for my Hio surrounding him having ADHD. I am copying and pasting what I sent to a friend, so please forgive any spelling errors ^^

so hio has adhd when he was younger, he was very hyperactive, had trouble focusing a lot on his work, gets sucked into hyperfixations making him lose track of time and making him realize he spent 2 hours looking at some type of fish instead of an assignment, his mind has 20 thought trains that make his brain really tired, and he talks a lot about his interests to his friends cul and lily, and cant seem to stop. cul gets annoyed at one point and she gets mad at hio and this makes him feel really bad, and he's thinking about all the things about him that he is finding abnormal compared to his friends and other people and he feels like a failure he talks about it though with his very loving mother Ann and she reassures him that she'll always love him because he's her sweet little son and it doesnt matter if he is making lower grades bc he cant focus or he rambles about his interests, but also she says she knows why hio is experiencing this, and uh idk much about medical stuff but they do see a doctor and they confirm he has adhd. hio feels slightly better bc he knows why he was acting like that but he still feels bad bc of when cul got mad at him, but cul is also feeling bad about what she said and she goes over to hios house herself (coincidentally when hio was about to explain everything to her) and she apologizes and tells him that was mean of her to say that to him, and that she's open to hearing about his interests. after hio explains everything she understands it now and says she'll "beat the living shit out of anyone who gives you crap for that >:(" (her words) ghfkgjh hio still has those above symptoms as an adult but i guess lesser since he's had treatment for it. (i dont really know this part well cuz uhh lol)
